Alien Way

This house is currently in play in Prosperity Falls, and was introduced here. I have had loads of fun with this house, it is a small floor plan and an easy play. (It helps that one of my favorite Sim characters of all time hails from this house). It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, dining, living, kitchen, All Maxis content version. $45,428, fully furnished.

What is really nice is that when the kids get off the school bus, they use the entry way to the house through the garage. If you don't put a computer in the house, they will plop thier homework down in the garage, and they can sit there to do it without crowding the house.

There isn't much of a back yard, in fact, the back view is pretty blase. It is a large house on a long slender lot in the event you want to squeeze one more house on the street. There is plenty of front yard though in the event you want to put out a small garden or some playground equipment.

Here is the dining area right off the kitchen. The sims will actually cook a meal, then sit at the dining table to eat instead of making a beeline for the sofa.

I haven't figured it out, but in the version I play in my hood, the Sims will stand in the middle of this room and complain about a mess. I clear out the old floor and put a new one in, and they are happy for a while. *shrug*
