Hey all. This is where I am offering for download lots I have built and use in my game, The Sims 2. I am not a great builder. I don't know all kinds of cheat codes. Therefore, playing these lots are easy; and easy to change to fit your sense of play.

I also have all EP's and stuff packs. Assume you need them all to play the lot. However if you really like the lot and you don't have all the EP's and stuff packs, you can try using the Sims 2 Cleaner to clean out the files you can't use before installing. I don't know if that works. If you know of a way to change this, let me know and I will update this page.

Since all my downloadable lots are in play in my game, I might have left things behind in the houses...no hacks....but other things you might enjoy. Such as snapdragons. :) The rest is a secret until you download and install the house. If you don't want these items, they are easy to delete. Rest assured, they are Maxis files that comes with the game.

I have tried to keep all custom content to a minimum and changed out all CC wallpapers and floors to Maxis files. And here is my disclaimer; I am not responsible for any problems these lots may cause in your game. They work fine in mine.

This house is currently in play in Prosperity Falls, and was introduced here, the home of Andrew and Sarah McClelland. This is probably one of the better ranchers I have built, it is easy to play and pleasing to the eye. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, dining, living, kitchen, garage. $52,256, fully furnished. I cannot say it is all Maxis content. There is one item that came from Parsimonious, a wall lamp that I just couldn't delete because it fit so well. It is called the Lune Attic wall lamp, and it is positioned over the desk in the nook off the kitchen.

This house has many items from the Ikea Stuff Pack, as well as Kitchen and Bath, and some of the flowers from Mansions and Gardens..

As is true with most of my houses, there isn't much going on in the back yard. As long as there is room for the telescope, I am happy. There is plenty of room here in the event you want to put out a small garden or some playground equipment. As you can see, the McClellands are thrifty Sims and use solar energy to power their home.

Here is the dining area right off the kitchen. The sims will actually cook a meal, then sit at the dining table to eat instead of making a beeline for the sofa. It was in this house I discovered you could put these big drapes over the sliding glass door. These curtains were made by Sarah McClelland, and it is her gift to your Sims.

The living room is very woodsy and comfortable. The Sims love to lounge on the sofa while a fire blazes in the fireplace.

The kitchen is not well pictured here. This is a shot from the living room to the back of the house....the nook is more visible here. You can see the Lune Attic wall lamp.

Here is a shot of the master bedroom, with the cutaway showing the master bath attached. I am especially proud of these two rooms, the Ikea furniture/carpets/and miscellaneous items in the bedroom matches well with the Kitchen and Bath items in the master bath.

DOWNLOAD this lot.

If you like my lots, please leave me a note. Also, if you like Prosperity Falls, many of the characters are available for download.
